July’s top four priciest home sales were in Southern California, followed by two Manhattan townhouses, a handful of Florida estates and an Arizona compound. 

A famous Bel Air estate known as Casa Encantada was the most expensive U.S. home sale of July, fetching $130 million. It was also the second-most expensive home sale of 2026 so far. 

Next come three other dreamy Southern California homes: A beachfront Malibu mansion, an architectural gem in Orange County, and a  Beverly Hills compound.
